How to sew: My Upside Down Pouch

Hey y’all and welcome back to SEWspire.com!

This week, we are sewing my version of a little camera pouch that I found in an old quilting magazine. Originally the pouch was to have binding all the way around ; but, I wanted to simplify the design and omit that feature.

Before I began recording I made a sample pouch which I thought had turned out very cute; so, I proceeded to record the sewing video tutorial. Then, near the end of the tutorial I realized I had sewn the demo bag UPSIDE DOWN. “Uh-o!”, I said and continued recording.

None the less, the mistake bag is still functional…so, you benefit in that you get to avoid making the same mistake and have the option of making two different styles from the same pattern, if you desire.

Thanks for watching and as mentioned in the video— I hope to be back in just a few days to share some exciting news with you {wish me luck!}

Until then, happy sewing my friends.

XO! Andrea
